Pete Majarich is a creative human working at the intersection of design, technology & storytelling.

He’s worked as an Art Director, Copywriter, Film Director, Book Cover Designer, Creative Technologist, Illustrator, Theatre Director, VFX Artist, Drone Pilot, and Sci-Fi Author.

In his agency career, he’s collaborated with brands like Apple, Netflix, Slack, Microsoft, Google, Nike, Uber, The NRL, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Harley Davidson, Domino’s, Toyota, and Volkswagen. He has personally been commissioned for work by Twentieth Century Fox, Warner Music Group, The Australian Open and U2.

His self-initiated work has been featured by Wired Magazine, Mashable, Shortlist, Adobe, Fast Company, VICE, The Academy of Motion Pictures®, Bored Panda, Lost at E Minor, My Modern Met, Design Taxi, Booooooooooooom, Comedy Central, We and the Color, DeMilked, Archillect and This Isn’t Happiness™. Majarich’s advertising work has been recognised by The One Show, Cannes Lions, Clios, and featured in-book at D&AD. He was selected as one of 34 from over 7,000 creatives worldwide for Weiden and Kennedy’s SEEKING program and is a former runner-up Sydney Morning Herald Designer of the Year.

Pete Majarich believes people naturally gravitate towards storytelling, whether that’s expressed through design, film, creative technology, an experience or the power of words. He is obsessed with the cross-pollination of platforms, disciplines and ideas. He thinks good creativity is about the cross-pollination of problem-solving, adaptability, collaboration and curiosity. He believes in the creative process and the discipline of craft and coming up with ideas, and all that really matters at the end of the day is doing interesting work with interesting people.
